TAGGIASCA Olive Paste in Extra Virgin Olive Oil is only produced with Taggiasca cured black olives, grown in the province of Liguria Italy. The olive trees, planted on the rocky mountain slopes of the Italian Riveria, produced an annual crop in early January. After curing the olives are pitted and finely ground to obtain a pulp.
