Fabbri Pistachio Paste – Classic Delipaste

Classic Italian pistachio paste (imported from Italy) used in the preparation of gelato (italian ice cream) and desserts. This paste is a mix of almonds and pistachios with addition of chlorophyll for color.

Use suggestion: For ice cream add 60-100 g of paste per liter of ice cream mix (8 to 13 oz. per gallon).

Ingredients: almonds, sugar, dextrose, pistachios, sunflower oil, corn starch, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, colors E100 (turmeric), E141 (copper complexes of chlorophyll and chlorophyllin). May contain traces of milk, egg, soy and other nuts.
