Praline Grains Noisettes – Caramelized Hazelnut Crumbs Also refered as “Bresilienne” this is a great additive for Praline when a texture and/or bite is needed. These caramelized crumbs can be added to cakes, bonbons, and other pastries. Great bite on top of ice creams and gelati. A delicious crunchy preparation, with nuts slightly caramelized, and without preservatives.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts 50%, Sugar 50%. May contain milk and other nuts.
