Amandier – Almond / Hazelnut Praline – 50/50 Semi-Coarse

Produced since 1920 in Provence using traditional and time tested traditional artisanal method this small manufacturer produces premium European quality almond pastes, and nuts praline preferred by top pastry chefs worldwide.

Our Almond/Hazelnut Praline come in 4 different textures (bits of nuts in the mix):
  – Very Fine (Extra Smooth)
  –  Fine (0 – 1mm, 0 – 1/16″)
  – Semi-Coarse (0 – 3mm, 0 – 1/8″)
  – Coarse (0 – 6mm, 0 – 1/4″)

This premium Almond/Hazelnut Praline contains 30% roasted hazelnuts and 30% roasted almonds ground to a semi-coarse mix (0 – 3 mm / 0 – 1/8″) to add up a texture and bite to the praline.

Ingredients: Sugar 40%, whole Almonds 30%, whole hazelnuts 30%, fleur de sel, vanilla. May contains traces of nuts.
